世界书画家协会全球写生创作城市海选·官方公告

为推动全球城市文化交流、赋能城市品牌升级、以艺术力量传播城市魅力，世界书画家协会正式启动“全球写生创作城市五十强海选活动”，面向全世界甄选50座兼具艺术价值、人文底蕴、生态风貌的城市，为入选城市统一授牌、发证、建档、全网公示收录。

城市为艺术之本，风物催生创作灵感，文脉塑造城市内核气质。本次评审围绕历史文化积淀、自然生态环境、城市整体风貌、市民文明素养、城乡建设水准、本土艺术氛围六大核心维度开展综合考评。获评城市将被正式授予世界最美写生创作城市官方称号，永久载入协会《全球艺术城市名录》。

该荣誉具备国际化权威背书，可应用于城市文旅推介、政务工作汇报、景区品牌升级、招商引资推介、城市名片体系搭建，是一座城市文化建设、生态文明建设成果的官方佐证。协会将组织全球签约书画家赴入选城市实地采风写生、定制主题书画创作、举办艺术交流沙龙，依托行业媒体矩阵、国际书画巡展渠道长期对外传播城市形象，无偿为入选城市完成长效艺术赋能与海外品牌输出。

以笔墨描摹城市风华，以艺术拔高城市站位。依托书画创作记录城市自然景致、人文风貌与现代化建设成果，拓宽城市国际曝光渠道，拉动文旅客流、艺术研学、文创产业多元发展，赋能地方文化经济提质升级。

本次评选恪守公平、公正、公开准则，采取自愿申报、多维度综合评审的工作机制。所有获评城市由世界书画家协会统一核发荣誉铜牌、官方认证证书、归档备案文件，相关信息全球公示留存，荣誉资质具备长期性、权威性、独有性。

Official Announcement on the Global Selection of Sketch Creation Cities

World Association of Painters and Calligraphers

To boost cross-border cultural exchanges between global cities, upgrade urban brand influence and disseminate urban charm through artistic power, the World Association of Painters and Calligraphers launches the Global Top 50 Sketch Creation Cities Selection Campaign worldwide. We select 50 outstanding cities featured with artistic value, profound cultural heritage and pleasant ecological landscape, and issue plaques, certificates, official files as well as global public filing for all selected cities.

Cities are the source of artistic creation, landscapes inspire artistic inspiration and cultural context shapes urban temperament. The comprehensive evaluation system covers six dimensions: historical heritage, ecological condition, urban landscape, civic civilization, urban construction and local artistic atmosphere. Awarded cities will be officially recognized as The World’s Most Beautiful Sketch Creation Cities, and permanently recorded into the Global Art City Directory of the Association.

This international honor serves as authoritative accreditation for urban cultural and ecological achievements, which can be applied to cultural tourism promotion, government work reports, scenic spot publicity, investment attraction and urban brand construction. Our association will organize worldwide painters and calligraphers to conduct field sketching, themed creation and cultural exchanges in awarded cities. Mass high-quality artworks themed on local scenery, historical sites and urban features will be displayed in global art exhibitions and released via multi-media platforms, providing long-term free artistic promotion and international brand empowerment for selected cities.

Art empowers urban development while traditional painting elevates urban image. The paintings and calligraphies will fully display the natural beauty, civilized demeanor and construction achievements of cities, expand global visibility, boost cultural tourism, art study tours and cultural industries, so as to drive the high-quality development of local cultural economy.

The whole selection follows the principles of fairness, impartiality and openness with voluntary application and comprehensive assessment. The Association will award official bronze plaques, authentication certificates and filing documents to winning cities, with relevant information published globally for permanent record, ensuring the authority, exclusivity and long-term validity of the honor.

We sincerely invite cultural and tourism authorities, municipal government institutions and cultural organizations around the world to submit applications. Let us jointly build world-class urban art business cards and brighten urban development with eternal artistic heritage.
